New Mexico State University's Dr. Lowell Catlett spoke recently at CAHF’s 59th Annual Convention in Palm Springs, California. The California Association of Health Facilities (CAHF) and its members are dedicated to improving the quality of long-term health care in California through educational programs and proactive advocacy with the Legislature and administrative agencies. Addressing the group of long-term healthcare professionals, Dr. Catlett brought his signature keynote style to the convention, alongside fellow speakers Bob Danzig and Murray Banks.
